1. i'm turning 22 in a month time. and still need to lose weight. that's been my goal since i ever remember.i know it's lame.but i just can't help it.

2. i have sleeping problem. i have no idea what syndrome is that. but i'll just lay on the bed for hours before i get to sleep. that's been happening for the past 6-7 months.including tonight.

sebenarnya..

sebenarnya,
bila orang kata kita lebih tua dari umur kita,
bukan bermakna kita tua.
tapi sebenarnya pernghormatan,
sebab kite lebih dewasa,
kita lebih matang.

tapi, bila orang kata kita muda, atau berjiwa muda,
itu adalah sesuatu yang perlu kita fikirkan semula.
bermakna, kita tidak dewasa.
atau mungkin juga keanak-anakan.
wajarkah?

kalau you look younger, that's a compliment.
because we don't age. ataupun, kelihatan muda.

tapi kalau orang kata, kau macam budak-budak,
itu bukan sesuatu yang membanggakan.
itu bermakna, perlu perbaiki diri.

sebab kita sepatutnya kelihatan seperti usia kita.
tapi kalau kelihatan muda kerana botox atau pembedahan,
juga bukan compliment.
sebab itu bermakna kita yang tak boleh terima kenyataan.
